The Habitat Iredell ReStore is a non-profit retail outlet owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity of Iredell County. We offer the local community a unique retailing experience with an ever-changing inventory of new and gently used building materials, sold at discount prices.
The proceeds from ReStore fund the construction of new Habitat homes, fulfilling our mission of providing decent, affordable housing to qualifying families in Iredell County. In addition, by accepting donated materials from businesses and individuals, ReStore diverts a large amount of reusable materials from local landfills.

You will find furniture, home accessories, tools, flooring,even custom cabinets. The ReStore also carries seasonal items and much, much more! The inventory constantly changes.
Your purchase and donations help build houses for local families in need!
We welcome donations from individuals, churches, or businesses. We accept most household and building items. To schedule a donation pickup, please call us at 704-872-3774. We pickup Monday - Fridays.
Materials We AcceptHabitat Restore accepts cash, checks and VISA, Discover, American Express and Master card.
Our pricing policy: In fairness to our donors and in keeping with our goal of raising money to build Habitat houses, some prices may be higher than some customers would expect from a second hand or thrift store. Many items in our inventory are new or in like new condition.
We are not to be confused with organizations that provide hand-outs for the "needy" or just another thrift store. However our objective is to price like or similar merchandise at significantly lower prices as compared with traditional retailers.
