About Us
Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with people in need by building and renovating houses so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which every person can experience God's love and can live and grow into all that God intends.
Founded in 1985, as an independents of Habitat for Humanity International, Habitat for Humanity of Iredell County builds houses in Statesville, Troutman, and Northern Iredell County.. Habitat's office and ReStore are located at 1382 Shelton Avenue in Statesville NC.

Habitat recently completed its 57th house.
Our goal for October 2008 through June 2011 is to build an average of 7 houses per year. We are currently doing infrastructure at Fourth Creek Village, which will be home to 15 Habitat families when complete.
